" I rented a townhouse from this Realty Company, worst decision I could have ever made. The place had lots of potential but the realtor was slow at having any repairs done, or he expected you to do it yourself. Hello I was renting not buying! I searched on-line for places and I found this townhouse before I moved to Georgia, like an idiot I signed a lease before viewing it. He sent me pics of the place but when I got here in Georgia the place didn't match the pics. I was already stuck in a lease and it was the only place I could afford at the time. I let Enamel know I wasn't pleased with the carpet, it was dirty throughout the place, blinds were messed up, holes in the wall's all over. They did no cleaning to the place at all whatsoever! I cleaned that place up and down and made it look as nice as I could. I even painted some areas and had to cover up some holes in the wall's. Enamel kept saying owner has no money and won't fix and that I had to do it myself!! I finally move out and he won't give me my deposit back, they trying to blame me for the place being in poor condition. I have many witnesses that viewed the place when I moved in, and they too know this place was messed up before I moved in. All I want is my deposit back but he won't give it to me! I also received a 724.00 water Bill for 2 water leaks in the month of August. I was upset because that wasn't my doing. I called him about that too but he made me responsible for bill. He said owner broke and single can't pay Bill. Well I'm single with kids and it wasn't fair I've had to pay mill. I have proof of it all and I'm taking Maxima Realty to court. I want my money Do not deal with this Compay!!!! If I could give it a 0 stars I woul!! "
