" I have called marnelle home for over a year. Never had a problem, the neighbors pretty much kept to their self but they are friendly as well. The staffs are friendly willing and ready to help in any way they can. The new office staff is the greatest and the maintenance crew keep the ground clean and always on called this is a great place to live. "

" Horrible customer service, tooooo strict with any little thing, the fact that they change employees like every other month says alot... the employee that works in the office has the worst people skills, worst attitude, like nothing fazes her. She doesnt try helping when u go and express your concerns, she acts like she doesnt know anything... just frustrates me that, you have people working in the office that act like they don't want to be there or want to help, why work somewhere u have to be nice to people on a daily basis... If it wasnt because of my kids and their schooling i wouldve moved already. "
