I was undecided what car I was looking for, just knew what colors I wanted. Buddy found out what monthly payments I wanted and found a vehicle that suited my needs. The easiest car buying experience I have ever had.

" I went with a friend to Rick Hendrick Chevrolet Duluth, she had to finish some business she had and we were immediately greeted by Brenda Bryan who asked what car I had and how she could get me a new Chevy for a good price. She was very nice and I knew my friend was very happy with her, so I agreed to at least see what she had to offer. Long story short, I was very happy with what she presented and left that same day with a new Chevy Cruse and I am vey pleased with her professionalism and what she was able to do for me. " Most of the time I dread going to dealerships but the one in Duluth was great. As soon as you walk in they have someone ready to tend to your needs. Esteban Gonzalez was my salesman. He was really nice and patient. He knew what he was talking about. He helped me make the best decision for me and what I could afford. He worked with me and kept it in my price range but was still able to walk out with my dream car. Would definitely recommend him to anyone else who's in the market for a new car. "

" My wife and I were recently in the market for a used Chevy Volt, and we just happened to come across these guys after visiting several dealers in the Atlanta area. They turned out to be the only dealer with a clean used Volt that was willing to negotiate earnestly.
In fact, we were able to make a deal fairly quickly thanks to our salesman, Tim Bolden. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Despite the fact we were only buying a relatively inexpensive used car, Tim went out of his way to make us happy.
Even though my car probably didn't need it, their maintenance dept willingly agreed to perform an alignment for me with absolutely no questions asked. They also saw me right away.
In sum, this dealership is among the best managed I've seen. Don't hesitate to shop, and ultimately, buy a car from this courteous, honest and professional dealer. "

" I accessed the website online and completed a pre-approval application. Christian immediately contacted us by phone to discuss our options. He was so personable. He provided world-class customer service; even after finding out that we were credit-challenged. Prior to arriving to the dealership, he sent out a detailed e-mail to confirm our appointment. Once we arrived at the dealership, he met us and immediately continued to provide his exemplary customer service. After discussing our options, he rolled out the red carpet for us to test drive our dream car. We are now finalizing paperwork and will be taking the car home today! Simply Amazing!
