" The customer service is always great, especially from Kim. She’s always sweet. We really need another in the area with a drive thru. The lines and wait have become insane at this location. Every time I’ve tried mobile ordering, it has never been ready when I arrive. I hope plans for a new one are in the works. "

" This place has went to hell. I’ve literally been sitting at the window for ten minutes as I listen to 3 people cackling and screwing off instead of making my drink. Literally still just watching as they do nothing. Won’t be coming back. These people should be all fired and the manager that hired them. Never been this annoyed at a drive thru "

" I enjoy Starbucks in my hometown, when I'm traveling cross country, and visiting different cities on business trips. I am a regular at Starbucks, specifically because of their amazing beverages and food, and their clean and friendly atmosphere. Unfortunately, I got none of that today (except a somewhat friendly environment). My drink was not made to order and the bathrooms were unlabeled, smelly, and atrocious. I liken the bathrooms to that of a truck stop. "

" Starbucks brings with it expectations of delectable drinks and enthusiastically interactive baristas in a clean and pleasing environment. Well, until I stepped foot into this facility. While on a cross country road trip, I needed a clean restroom stop with an afternoon coffee. What better place than a Starbucks? Let's start with the baristas. No smiles or welcome greetings, before, during, or after my order; not even with my optimistic, glass is half full personality. I can understand a bad day, moment, order whatever the case may be, but this is not the environment to work in if a positive customer service personality is not one's focus. While waiting for my coffee, I fulfilled my second reason to visit a Starbucks; a clean bathroom. Much to my surprise, it was not much different from an off road truck stop. The first of two toilet room signs was pulled from the adjacent wall. The bathroom I entered had urine on the floor, as expected in a gas station NOT a Starbucks bathroom. My caramel macchiato coffee was ready, but not to order and with continued unhappy baristas. It was smothered with excess caramel sweetness, when what was ordered was a standard macchiato coffee. Will I return to this location while driving through on the I-20? No. I do NOT recommend this location, as the energy leaves a lot to be desired. There are other Starbucks. "

" Friendly staff but the bathroom made me feel like I was at a gas station. Not just any gas station, but an old, run down station that has not been cleaned all week and both men and women use. To make matters worse, it seemed as if everyone missed the toilet. There were no paper towels in the dispenser but plenty were on the floor...guess many missed the trash bin, as well. Very nice staff though! "

" We were traveling out of state when we stopped at this Starbucks location. I've never seen worse service at Strabucks in my life! The staff is slow and with a moderate amount of people in line it took them 15 minutes to make two cups of coffee. To top that off our pastries were not ready in that time! Usually they give them out as soon as you pay, but not at this place... Fortunately at least the coffee was made right. "

" The drive is worth it. It's nice, has a lot if seating and lots of outlets. I mean you can find outlets on the walls, in the floors and a power strip underneath the bar table. "
