" Sonja is a true blessing! Steve Rayman Chevrolet is lucky to have her as an employee. Sonja stopped while on her way to lunch to help me when my car was not performing well. I was basically scared to drive it. Sonja took ownership of my concerns, identified the problem, and had it fixed under my warranty within 2 hours. I recommend Sonja to any Chevrolet owner if they need service to contact her. World Class Service!!! "

" I had the worst service at the Steve Rayman Chevrolet Dealership. I came in at 8 am for a routine oil change and tire rotation. My service was supposed to be complete within a few hours and at 11:30 they called me asking if they should proceed with my car needing additional work and that it would cost about $300.

The first discussion with the service associate about the additional work mentioned a water pump and hose issue. Once I searched the parts, I saw it was under recall for my vehicle. When discussing with my service associate shortly after, the part that needed fixing was no longer the pump but the water outlet. Unfortunately for me the water outlet did not fall under the recall.

With this I became uneasy. Either my service associate was not knowledgeable and clear about the actual fix or he was being unethical in his practice. After a few more minutes of researching and my instincts kicking in, I asked him not to do anything but my oil change and tire rotation and that I would like to pick up my car as soon as possible. At this point – 4 hours after drop off, 12 pm – he tells me that my car has not yet begun the oil change. However, I was assured that it would be complete and that I would be picked up by 2:30 pm per their complimentary service to make my afternoon business meeting.

By 3 pm, 30 minutes past my "assured" pick up time, I still had no confirmation that I was being picked up or that my car was ready. I called multiple times (upwards of 10-15) trying to follow up and willing to speak to anyone who could help me but every call went to an answering machine or was responded by multiple associates saying, “I’m sorry for your struggle, however, I cannot help you”.

I am appalled at the HORRIBLE service I received. Prior to requesting service I made it very clear I needed to have my car done and completed by lunch because I had previous arrangements at work that could not be rescheduled. I entrusted my car to this dealership and have always been a loyal Chevrolet customer by taking my car to numerous Chevrolet Dealerships for all routine checkups, oil changes and tire rotations, as well as, any recall that has been released on my vehicle. It was almost 8 hours past my drop off time before I was able to get my car back into my possession. I was so strapped for time to return back to the office for my meeting that I still did not have any of my questions answered and I barely received an update on the status of my vehicle.

The fact that I called so many times without assistance is disturbing, not to mention the lack of communication experienced with the service of my vehicle was horrific. I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect at any service provider or retailer. I would not wish this kind of service and uncertainty on my worst enemy and I hope that no other individual has this same situation occur to them.

After finally picking up my car and having to pay for my oil change and tire rotation, I would not recommend their service unless your car breaks down in front of the dealership. As a loyal customer to Chevrolet as a whole, I expected some sort of apology from my service associate for the miscommunication, a discount on the service, or future compensation for the negative experience received.

Overall, very disappointed and will not return to the service associate ever again. "

" Absolute worst! Jeff, the poor excuse of salesman that was supposed to be helping me, actually laughed at me while walking away after he assumed I wasn't in a position to buy a car. Adam, on the other hand, was great. He tried his best to make it right, make me comfortable and get me in a car but the damage was done. If the company employs an associate that will literally laugh at a client, they're not worth my money. Needles to say I didn't buy anything. Mr. Rayman was actually there and I told him about Adam. I hope he praised Adam for his efforts. Outside of Adams, it was total crap. The only way I would buy ANYTHING from this lot at this point is if they have an absolutely amazing "The Godfather" type of deal that. "

" My car's turbo went out and I felt taking it to Steve Rayman would get the replacement done right. And it was. They made sure they had the correct parts and it was not a "rush job." It runs beautifully now. Everyone was accommodating, polite and very patient with me. The cost was substantial and their patience in my getting the payment was very nice. I feel like they worked with me. The only complaint, it's a small one, I was told they would have my car washed and cleaned for when I picked it up. It was very dirty from sitting outside for a few days. This, though, will not deter me from bringing my Buick back to your dealership for service and oil changes. "

" An awesome experience from the time you get out your vehicle to the time you drive home in your shinny new car. They made it happen. Dale was the best even help drive it half way home.Don't like expressway driving. Arthur made it work. Susan did her thing on making it work with your budget.Ray was very good to show how to use tech part of your car. Setting up your phone so you can be hands free and safe. I give Dale 110%. I happy and will tell anyone who is looking for a vehicle to go to Steve Rayman Chevy. They are the dealership that has it all good. "
