" Terrible customer service experience. On several occurrences, access card did not work including after hours that was being paid extra for, and could not get assistance from calling customer service help line. Manager was contacted by them but said nothing could be done until next morning. When there for an hour or so during normal hours, five times the loud alarm went off (false alarms?). Also billing system problems. An extra two dollars started being added this summer for "invoice fee" (for not doing auto-payment presumably). Even though using payment site option to "pay through date ...", the billing system a few days later showed another $2 due. Even though the due date shown for that was in the future, was told that was what disabled card access on one occasion. That was after hours and manager via customer service said nothing could be done remotely but if I paid the $2 the card access would be enabled in 15 minutes. Or come back at 8:00 AM (not practical due to work). Even though I had paid the last bill in full (including $2 bogus fee), I paid the additional $2 online then. It did not clear in 15 minutes (waited 30) as promised. When viewing the receipt it had an incorrect posted date and time in which may explain why access was not granted as promised. Was also promised a $25 credit for the inconvenience that never occurred. Was told manager would call next day but did not. Had enough so got a storage unit with different provider. Did get very good assistance from an employee to maneuver trailer in position when moving out. After clearing out unit, when attempting to close account was informed yet another $2 was owed. This in addition to the $2 paid with the last due payment and extra $2 paid in the middle of the night to attempt to get access. Employee was willing to waive fee but system would not allow. Only manager could do but not available (this during normal business hours). Told to come back next day but explained would not be doing that. Employee left a note for manager to call. Manager did not call. Checked the next day and account still showed open. Called the store location number but phones routed to call center. Call center could not help and said could not transfer call to store. Asked for supervisor and told there was not one that could take call (?). Very aggravating, will try to inform uhaul corporate office. "

" I was treated very well. Easy to rent when you go to the mobile access , allows you to go in sign papers or if after hours you can follow the easy steps and you are in and out in no time!! Big thumbs up,!!! "

" I'm disappointed pay $51 for a plug on my work van for the trailer lights and the plug they installed it was left it inside the van,????? So if I'm usining I'm gonna have to bring the plug under thru the door every time I use it, is not stupid???? And is not about the money why they don't charge $400 and do it but (right) "
