" I work at a Dental Office in the area so I have to call in prescriptions a lot, 9 out of 10 times I've had a BAD experience , the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I now encourage my patients to use other pharmacies because I hate dealing with this Wallgreens location. I recommend Publix now to my patients now because they are always friendly and because they have a list of free medications. "

" This is by far the worst Walgreens in Atlanta. The pharmacy staff and manager are consistently rude and unprofessional. When you place someone on hold for an extensive period of time it would be nice if you didn't hang up. If you say please hold and proceed to help someone at the drive through window for 10 mins although you were helping the person on the phone first it would be nice if you actually placed them on hold. There should be no reason I should know the name and prescription of the person at the window. Can we say Hipaa violation!! Where is the patients privacy? When you interact with the staff and manager in person it's even worse. If they aren't sucking their teeth or rolling their eyes at you they are trying to talk down to you and in one case even yelled at me. Did you forget part of your job is customer service and that I was standing right in front of you. Corporate needs to come in here under cover to see what a discrace this staff is. If this is supoosed to be Walgreens values "Caring, compassionate and driven to delivering a great customer and patient experience through outstanding service and a desire for healthy outcomes." They have failed epically. Shut this place down or get new staff. You can tell by the reviews on here and Yelp this is not new. "
