" When I cancelled an appointment less than an hour in advance, the girl on the phone was quick to assume I had no good reason for cancelling abruptly. She gave me a mini lecture about "being more curteous" and how inconvenient I made their life. I understand cancellations close to the appointment time are typically rude, but instead of assuming the worst in their costumers they need to work on assuming the best. They had no idea what my situation was. Good business would ask if everything was OK and thank their costumer for letting them know in the midst of whatever situation came up. I liked this place before this incident. I'm hoping this rude girl was just that, and not a reflection of the company. "

" I love the atmosphere of this salon. All the staff are friendly and the owners are amazing. They have an excellent group of stylists. I usually see Alyxia and am always blown away....pun intended... by the results. And Shanti the magic she can do threading eyebrows, I'm in love. I have told friends to go here and they love it too. "
