" Mobile deposits take FOREVER. Had I known it was going to take 4 days to get my money I would have just went in and cashed my check. Very disapointted in this service. I left chase for the fees, but at least my paycheck was available within a few minutes of using their mobile deposit. Almost worth the switch back. "

" Worst bank ever they blame you for all their mistakes constantly steals money out of your account and says it was your fault. Claims you’re lying all the time no one helps you, let’s scammers ruin your credit/life and blames you and calls you a liar, oh and if you have a joined account with your kid or parent both of you have to pay for the mistake they made "

" Went to open an account here and waited three hours in the waiting area with only two people ahead of me. When someone finally came out to ask If I needed help, he told me no one told him I was there. This is after four trips to a teller to ask hoe much longer it would be. Been here a few weeks now and I regret it daily, every time I come in I get informed of a new hidden fee and have a long wait to do even simple transactions. Don't give them your money. "
