" terrible experience since I transferred my mortgage over in April. The tellers there do not know how to run principal only payments. I sent in an escrow check that was lost and put in somebody else's batch. I've had to call the Rockford Branch every time I make a payment, a principal payment or an escrow payment to make sure the Belvidere tellers have applied it appropriately. Every time the problems gets fixed I try to give the bank the benefit of the doubt but then ANOTHER issue occurs with another payment. "

" They are extremely rude and make snide comments and instead of asking you to do things They make everything seem to be your fault even though they are more of capable than asking simple questions. I would not recommend them at all find a different bank. "
