" disappointing. when we checked in they gave us a non-smoking room that was never cleaned after the previous clients and smelled terribly of tobacco, and then gave us the king room with disability access instead. everything dusted, old, torned apart. the fridge was making weird noises all night, i had to unplug it. customers yelling during the night. bed not comfortable. coffee tasted like not coffee. go for other places around "

" Bed bugs in room 215 very dirty and out of date hotel. We didnt stay after we saw the bug, the state should run a thorough inspection. I do not recommend staying at this establishment due to the cleanliness and insects! "

" Only good thing about this place is the location. Other than that, I can't think of anything positive. When arrived for check in around 5PM, no one was around. When I rang the bell multiple the times, someone finally emerged as I just inconvenienced him. He never greeted or try to make eye contact besides starting at his phone and only thing he said to me was "sign here" then he was gone. You can tell this is a family run operation from people who doesn't really care since the service from other clerks (other family members) didn't get much better either. If that wasn't bad enough, the room was just old with outdated furniture with a love seat that had multiple stains and covered in dust. The blinds and curtains were also covered in dust as if they were never cleaned or touched. Continental breakfast consisted of boiled egg, pot full of oatmeal with a spoon and toast with mini muffins. Coffee had an odd aftertaste that I couldn't force myself to drink for sake for caffeine. The area is surrounded by other hotels and I highly recommend using them. "

" People do not know how to run this place. My brother lost his favorite stuffed animal there and they kept telling us to call the next day until they said they could not find it. I would rather have stayed at a La Quinta or something where the service is better. "

" First off the place is dirty the maid came and took trash out gaves us two clean towels there was three of us i really dont care to share my towels never cleaned room or bathroom never made the beds but they did say sorry when we checked out and for the pool it was very colded and nasty looking i dont know where they took there picture but it never looked that clean and for the breakfast that really was bad I wish I would of know half of this would of stay sometime else. Oh the refrigerators they should have called them freezers it froze everything in them had no control on it so we could turn it down so please think twice before booking "

" It looked clean. Very dated. Needs to be updated. The hall carpet is dark with black patches which makes it appear very dirty and nasty. The rooms don't darken very well. The fact that EVERYTHING is painted does nothing to help with the dating. "

" We just needed a place to stay overnight outside the city to continue our travels. Walking in, everything was clean and smelled fresh. Staff was courteous and attentive, and when asked if they would price match their rates we found on travel websites they kindly obliged.
Room was clean, and had a mini fridge and microwave. Beds were actually not that bad, I personally like more firm mattresses. Pillows felt like the My Pillow, fluffy and easy to mold to comfort level. The bathroom was also quite clean, only thing missing was conditioner.
They have a pool which was in good condition, and an exercise room which I did not look at. Morning breakfast included muffins, coffee, 2 choices of cereal, and a homemade waffle maker. Only issue with breakfast was that it seemed the juice machine wasn't working.
Overall, if you are not picky and don't need something 'posh' this hotel will do the job! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend. "

" Staff was friendly and check-in was smooth and quick. Room was very clean and had all the essentials and then some, including a fridge and microwave. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Hotel was very easy to find. Breakfast was just enough and food was good. (Could use some bacon! :) ) The only small problem was that the shower head was difficult to adjust. "

" Good spacious room at a good price. We had a double Queen room. The beds were decent comfort level. The blankets were a bit light for winter in my opinion but not bad. Since it was just my husband and I we moved all the pillows to one bed. The room was clean and comfortable. The heat worked great. As did the mini fridge. The only issues we had were fairly minor. The tv remote batteries didn't work (we had extra and it was 1a when we checked in anyway). Also the tub was draining very slowly. Breakfast was nice. There was make your own waffles, hard boiled eggs, toast, muffins, hot ready made oatmeal with toppings, cereal ad milk, Apple juice, orange juice and coffee and hot tea. Had a good stay ad would stay again. The staff was wonderful. We stayed in room #312 "

" One of the rooms had hair and some sort of "nat" on the bed!!😠😠😠😡😡😡showed us another room and pieces of hair were on the "so called clean" towels then the toilet was dirty, the floor had pieces of hair on it! I asked for cleaner and he gave me a shout bottle with something in it! I wouldn't let my pet stay there!!! I eventually became so angry with the situation that my daughter and I were in I called the police there to demand a refund because the clerk was refusing to provide a refund, he said ONLY management could do that! After we left, I went to Comfort Inn, very clean and friendly staff!!! NEVER ever stay in days Inn, they are deplorable!!!😡😡😡 "

" Very nice hotel. Looks a little older and not updated, but the room was clean and beds were clean. Furniture is older, but the bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast was not what I'm used to compared to other hotel continental breakfast. That was no bacon or cooked eggs. There was toast, hot and cold cereals, juice, and of course coffee. In all it was quiet, staff courteous, clean. Needs updating, but it's ok. "

" The hotel is nice. Haven't tried the pool or breakfast yet but seems like a decent place. There's no smoking in the hotel so me and my girl went outside to smoke and some old man rolled up to ask if we were heads. Wasn't sure wtf he was talking about. I guess he was looking for dead heads. Lmao. Thought it was a good neighborhood until his old ass rolled up on us. Be careful going outside at night. Who knows how many of these idiots are rolling around. "

" The first thing I asked when I entered the lobby was "Do you allow pets?" I was even asked to repeat my question, and the concierge still said yes. When I walked in with my dog they said we don't allow dogs. I never would have gotten the room if dogs weren't allowed. That was my first priority when booking the room. The concierge seemed dazed and only half listened to what I said. With the really strong cologne you can smell walking in, I wouldn't be surprised if he was high the entire time and wasn't completely coherent. The beds are also really worn and you fall to the center, and the place is dirty. I found unused condoms under the couch. The floors are super hard like they don't have padding under the carpet. And the stairway door going to the outside doesn't shut and lock, so anyone from the street can get into the building. The lock on the door to my room was also partially broken off, with little effort or a good kick the door would easily be knocked open. Horrible horrible stay. Upon search for reviews for this hotel, I found a newspaper article that talks about a pregnant women who got raped here, and her boyfriend got the cap beat out of him. I wish I had looked for a better hotel but everything around was booked. I wish I never stayed here it was awful. "
