" I went after work to go pick up a quick dinner for me and my daughter. I ended up waiting 20 minutes for my "hot and ready" pizza. I then was given my order and drove another 15-20 minutes home. I opened the box and and the pepperoni was extra crispy which I personally like but after the first couple of bites I noticed the cheese wasn't fully cooked. I can actually see the individual mozzarella cheese strands. So I ended up having to re-cook the whole pizza! Not to mention I wasn't given the sauces I had paid for. I knew I should've gone to McDonalds. "

" Got here at 4 placed order it's 4:21 and still no nothing. Was never told there was a wait nothing ppl get attitudes when u want your money back n have to wait to get your money back. An still maybe had they got kept doing orders behind mine I wouldn't have to keep waiting behind customers that came way after me. This used to be a great place guess it's no longer about good customer service. "
