" Had 12 home windows replaced. Initially dealt with Brad who is awesome. Made the purchasing/pricing process very easy. Unfortunately when installation time came, the opposite is true. Windows are of fair quality. Nothing special. Installation was somewhat disastrous. Almost all windows have significant scuffing, scrapes, and marks all over them from installation. Doesn't appear any care was given whatsoever to protect the trim or frames. New windows look beat to hell right away. In addition to that, the caulking was apparently done by a blind man. The worst is...the mess they left behind after the job. Plastic saw dust everywhere....I mean EVERYWHERE. Other construction garbage everywhere as well. Coke cans strewn about my home and lawn. If you're going to spill soda all over my carpet...at least let me know so I can clean it up. "
