Had to go back and talked to the manager who had an older gentleman Heuy not sure how to spell his name was able to recut the fish for me as it should have been and was very pleasant about it. They should get the butcher guys some training or at least make sure there is always someone able to cut fish. "

" On 4/6/2023 around 11am I was doing shopping in Niles store and saw a sign in front of a ground beef tray "buy one get one free"
However, at the exit I was charged a full price for both packs. Meat department manager told me that sign is wrong, ground beef packs do not have some special labels and cannot be sold as advertized. He was very rude and demonstrated absolute ignorance to a customer. Very dusappointed with store service and will avoid shopping in this store. "

" I like this supermarket very much for number of reasons:
1. They have 5-gallon water bottles in stock ALL the time. I have been in this place so many times, and unlike other supermarkets near-by they are never out of stock on the 5-gallon water bottles.
2. The staff, especially the register/cashier staff are super cool and friendly.
3. Their fruit selection is great and always fresh.
They have almost any necessary item one needs for their kitchen. The place is very large and clean and neatly kept. Their bakery has wide selection of cookies, cakes, and specially birthday cakes.
Their parking lot is huge which creates a friendly driving interaction when going shopping. The extended roof above the entrance is an awesome addition during poor weather condition. I prefer Tony's over Jewel-Osco or Mariano's. It is a great neighborhood supermarket. "
