" Giving one star just to add on to all the others not gonna waste anymore of my energy on this poor excuse of a company. My experience with this company is terrible. I put all my energy into trying to figure out where my dress is that I paid for. For my BIRTHDAY. a scam of a company to say the least.
Not sure where a lost package goes to, other than into someone else’s hands that it doesn’t belong to. Definitely doesn’t just go into thin air that’s for sure.
If you lost my package you better go find it then. Just like everyone else leaving these reviews they paid for their stuff and we should receive our things.
I will be reporting this sad excuse of a company.
I won’t let them win and ruin my birthday. I’ll be okay. But stealing other peoples things is just unacceptable. "

" This place should be under investigation. My coworker was getting out of her car arriving to open up our place of business when a man/ the non uniformed delivery driver pulled up in a maroon mini van wearing a bathing suit was approaching our business She asked him “can I help you?” He had no response to her and scampered off. She approached our business to see a note with a box checked off that package was delivered to side door. First of all, there is no side door only a fence to a gangway on a very busy urban street, Route 66 to be precise. I called up the company. They said package was delivered. I insisted it wasn’t and went into details of the driver. The customer service rep said she was sending the driver back to take a picture of the location he left the box. I then continued to call up the company I ordered from to leave a claim. Hours later I get a phone call that a box was just thrown, literally thrown over the high fence and landed in the gangway 5 and a half hours after it was marked as delivered. I do not like to mess with people’s livelihoods and leave bad revues but in this case, I would feel negligent not to leave a revue. This business seems borderline criminal and I plan on reporting this further "
