" The staff is usually friendly or at least I've never had an issue. I come here to get my prescription filled. And Mary in the pharmacy is great! This time around I didn't have insurance and she immediately informed me about coupons to lower the price of the prescription. I didn't have the app on my phone so she ended up using hers without me even asking. With the coupons, I paid a lot less for my prescription. Such a stress reliever. Thanks Mary!! "

" Slowest pharmacy I’ve ever been to. If you call, be prepared to be on hold for AT LEAST 15 minutes before anyone even answers the phone. I’ve waited as long as 40 minutes to speak to someone. It’s simply unacceptable. Longest wait time for prescriptions, because the drive thru lines and the line inside are always INSANE. Every time, without fail. It’s crazy how management hasn’t intervened yet with how poorly they are operating. No one in pharmacy is particularly great at customer service. Overall it’s just a bad experience and a giant headache. "

" WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!! After 1 hour & 45 minutes I went to get a manager for the 15+ people waiting in line for the pharmacy. WAIT FOR IT - KIM, the most incompetent manager I have literally EVER met informed me "it's not her responsibility to back up any of the lines in her store as she has her OWN work to do..." and proceeds to add, "I DONT APPRECIATE BEING CALLED OUT TO THE FLOOR FOR THINGS LIKE THIS...!!!!!!!!" Are you for kidding me???? I thought I was going to just going to lose it!!!! I have been a retail manager for my entire career and couldn't even fathom the thought of me saying that to a customer! LITH Walgreens sucks and it's due to the HORRIBLE store "management"!! "
