" I give 2 stars bc they sell just about everything. However customer service lacks!!! I made an online order,which one idem was to arrive on December 5th the other on December 6th so I waited until the 9th to go pick up my purchases. Like always, I waited 20 mins before I got someone to help me. Then they couldn't find them, they called for Simone else,who found it very fast!! However he informed me only one thing came in.would be there on December 12th..which no big deal,it is a busy holiday season. With me being busy volunteering at the secret Santa shop and working, I decided to wait until December 16th to go pick it up.On December 16th my daughter and I went there. Once again I waited 25 mins before I could get help. As I was putting my name in 3 more times a worker looked at me, then said which one are you, I said 2,3,and4.. He laughed and walked away..Finally a girl Kylee came to help me. She went to go get my order,could not find it once again, she called for two other people,nobody responded,so she said I'm going to go look again myself, cones back and sad we are looking for it, I said I am not just going to sit here,I have some shopping to do. She says oh that's fine, we will page you when we find it. Ok...I went on my way..taking my time so hopefully they'd have time to look. Finally after almost 3 hours I told my daughter we are checking out and I'm getting a manager. While checking out, we see kylee running out of the store, as if her shift is over. Very professional! I go to customer service and ask for a manager,so she calls for the manager for online orders. Guy.. We stood there for 25 mins..the lady who paged noticed we were still there and asked if anyone came yet..nope..she calls for him again..he finally comes and I tell him my situation. He does appogize and get my information, adding he is going to make this right. He asked I give him a couple days to look,and he'd call me. It was a Christmas gift for my husband, they have what I ordered in stores, I ordered online because it was 35.00 cheaper. So Sunday morning I had to tell my husband what it was..now he knows what his gift is..he called and talk to Guy, he tells my husband if we could get ther by 10:30 he will just give us one off the shelf. So we did..which I appreciate!! But still very confused on how he figures he made it right. Because I got what I ordered and paid for?? Just very frustrating how Wal-Mart operates. I feel they do not even appreciate their customers! Most of the employees act like they hate their jobs. It is very sad. "

" Staff isn't much help here. In fact, customer service is terrible and it's pretty much impossible to get someone on the phone if you call. However, Walmart as a whole is always a good place to find everything you need for cheap, so I'll give a couple stars for that. "
