" !!Very Rude Staff & Super Over Priced!! Seriously and the people are not very knowledgeable about their own products, they seem not to care about the condition of their merchandise, it's super bright which let me see all the dirt and broken products priced for 60 or more that you can buy brand new for far less. The customer service is terrible, i asked about a specific game and instead of a kind or polite answer i was given a finger point and a "if we have it it's over there somewhere". When checking out I was waiting for my overpriced games and viewing the counter displays, the clerk tried to ignore me and help someone else. Then while checking me out I asked a question about a toy and instead of an answer he picked up the phone and ignored me completely. No organization, no cleaning habits, and NO customer service. I'll not be returning. "

" I went to this Jay's a couple of weeks ago to buy a DS and I was so happy about everything. The employee did the most for me and helped me find the DS that best fit the games that I wanted to play. I was about to go on a trip and it definitely helped me escape boredom on the plane. THANKS YOU GUYS RULE! " Great prices, a wide viriety of goods, and the melee tournaments hosted on Wednesday's are loads of fun to attend. There is always something going on, the environment still remains reasonably calm, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. I see nothing bad about this location whatsoever. 10/10 "

" I accidentally got the wrong Guitar hero controller and I didn't read that it said "PS2" instead of PS3. I went back and got a guitar that said PS3. I got home and proceeded to open. It was a PS2 controller and am very disappointed. "
