The DR I was placed with didnt act like he cared for the time spent. Additionally, it wasnt a very welcoming environment. Two traits that cant be learned through school and books is empathy and being personable. These seem to be non-existent at this office "

" I have had great experiences with the staff here. I've had health problems for several years and doctors failed to help me. Since coming here I have already found answers. Dr. Marcellino and Kelly Jiminez are very knowledgeable and kind. It's important to voice every need and concern because they won't always know what direction to go in or how to help if you don't. Additionally they are people, they get busy and overworked. So be patient and adament. Overall I am highly impressed. "

" I have had major medical issues for the last several years. Dr Gravino was incredibly condescending to me and I switched to Dr. Marcellino. I've never met such a doctor who listens to me and helped me as much as him. The difference was night and day. If there was a problem he couldn't fix, he always referred me to the right people I needed to see. The only problem I ever had was with an issue filling my sleep meds which has since resolved to my satisfaction. Marcellino has always been especially prompt in filling out any medical leave paperwork I had. I highly recommend him. "

" The receptionist Mary is extremely rude and Thomas Marcellino is the worst medical professional I have ever been to in my life. The other review on here for him is very similar to the treatment I received as well. The only good thing about this place is the nurse practitioner Patricia who is very friendly and should consider moving to a new practice. "

" In my early 20's I didn't have health insurance due to working a couple of part-time jobs and funneling most of my money towards putting myself through college. Because of this, I paid cash for all of my healthcare needs. Without insurance, I was treated so unbelievably poorly by the employees in this office. It was the kind of treatment that really makes you feel like they think you're the scum of the Earth.
An example of this includes an appointment with Dr. Marcellino where he didn't even look at me; not only in the sense that he didn't look in my ears/nose/throat but he wouldn't even look me in the face while I was speaking to him. He simply wrote me a prescription to address the symptoms I described and sent me on my way in less than three minutes. He was so unbelievably rude, it makes me wonder why he bothered to become a doctor and work with the public in the first place.
Despite these negative experiences, I've continued to use this practice because of it's proximity to my home and to avoid the hassle of going elsewhere. Now, fast forward a few years and upon graduating and obtaining health insurance from my employer I get treated like a rock star when I go in. Okay, that's an exaggeration but at least I'm treated with common courtesy, dignity, and respect.
