Our three locations are locally owned and managed by Moeder & Associates, which is committed to the local development of commercial spaces that meet the needs of small-business owners and the customers they serve. Notably Moeder & Associates led the renovation of several downtown buildings, including the space that now houses The Donut Whole. Also, Moeder & Associates manages several apartments in downtown Wichita.
