" We arrived only to walk in to an unfriendly host, we had to search for a clean table, then we looked around for our waitress who finally showed up again not real friendly. After we got our food my boyfriend had gotten a Amarillo fire cracker burger and it was COLD! A $12 burger should Not be cold. My app sampler wasn't very good and I asked for sour cream the waitress walked all around the restaurant several times and finally came back and asked if we needed more water. We said yes and before I could get out what else I was about to ask for she cut me off and said sour cream as she was walking away. Then as we are walking out we hear the people at the tables outside who are holding plastic forks talking about how they are out of silver wear! I have been here several times and they never can get it right. Will NOT be back

" We were told to sit wherever we wanted just to have to sit for 5 mins for the waitress to come get our drink order, only for her to return without all the drinks. Then she disappeared. We then got the attention of another waitress. She said she'd go get her and I replied that I didn't think I even wanted her and asked if we needed to move as she walked away from us. The second waitress came back with a major attitude and I told her I wasn't trying to cause trouble. She ignored me and said, in a very nasty tone, "What do you want to eat", I told her she didn't have to be nasty and that we would just leave. She said "GOOD" I could not believe it! I have been eating at this Beefs weekly for 11 years now. I WILL NOT BE BACK!!! Worst customer service ever!!!! The manager even came over and did Nothing! "
