" My experience was excellent. The night staff was very helpful as we came in late without a reservation and had to attend a funeral the next morning. She quickly found us a room and we were checked in in just a few minutes of our arrival.
The rest of the staff through out our stay was always polite and courteous.
The room was very nice, comfortable and clean.
The staff made it a priority to assure we had a nice stay. The next time we are in Monticello KY we will make it a point to stay at the Best Western. "

" This was a pleasant stop-over. It wasn't anything special, but it was clean and the staff was incredibly friendly. The pool was nice. The gym consisted of one treadmill, one bike, one elliptical, and one weight machine. WiFi was spotty, which made it a tad hard to get work done. Breakfast was great in the morning. "

" Nice hotel. Much too expensive though for the town it's in. This is why you see very few cars in the parking lot. Some people get greedy and don't think about the big picture...I they do look at the big pic but are ignorant about getting there. I'll put it this way....the hotel ISN'T worth what it charges. If your looking for a waaaaay over priced hotel to stay in while in Monticello, then this is the place for you. I don't mind paying a lot for a hotel....as long as they show me I'm getting my money's worth. "

The front desk lady was super nice !! Told me about great place to eat . Quite hotel and reasonable price. We stayed only one night but it was great experience. unfortunately there was not much to do in this town. The lobby and breakfast area was clean. Lastly we enjoyed out breakfast. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family. "
