Carter County Veterans Memorial Park

The Park was created to memorialize American Military veterans from Carter County, KY and to provide place where people could come to reflect on their sacrifice that Our Veterans made. The Park is also a place where relatives or friends of Veterans can place an individual memorial to honor a specific Person who served.
