" The Rolex event at the KY horse park was so different than the last 10 years I have attended. The most egregious problem for us was no loud speakers any where near our expensive tail gate spots. We couldn't hear anything and had no idea what was going on, so many in our group resorted to getting updates on their phones, which means no social interaction sitting in, again, expensive tail gate spots. The 2nd error of the Rolex management was "banishing" the handicapped to park so far away beyond the Alltech Arena lot with so FEW shuttles it was ridiculous while watching so MANY Patron Plus golf carts pass us up as we walked to everywhere. Guess the mgt was catering to the posh patrons and not anyone else. And the 3rd complaint goes to the weird placements of food trucks spread out with hardly adequate seating - no protection from rain or sun (2 absolute occurrences in KY in April). Not thinking about those out on the grounds...again favoring the club people. I also have to say paying $97+ for the "convenience" of ordering tickets online is highway robbery!! Are you kidding me - what is convenient or even reasonable about that? I heard you've lost your biggest sponsor - Rolex...hhmmm were they also so disappointed in you as I and my friends are? You need to reconsider your goals in bringing the only event of this kind to the US without being so greedy and self-serving to elitists. We have never complained about any of these issues until the 2017 event! Says a lot! "
