" Gene was absolutely an amazing find time help with our home laptops. Super responsive. He met me within two hours of the call. We needed our kids laptops fixed ASAP as they need them daily for home schooling. He was able to turn them both around within 24 hours. He was so transparent about what the issues were and upfront about costs. It was so much of a relief to deal with someone that was honest vs going to a corporate type establishment or franchise.
