A luscious handmade Bourbon butter cream ball studded with our "drunken" bourbon-soaked pecans is then hand-dipped in semi-sweet chocolate. We only use Knob Creek 9-year-old single barrel bourbon and Guittard dipping chocolate. It takes 3 aging/curing processes (a total of 60 hours) to make a Happy Ball.
