" I was having issues with my LG TV. My TV was still under warranty, so I contacted LG about the issue. After contacting LG, they opened a repair case and assigned Mike's Electronics to repair my TV.
Everything about the repair process was fantastic. LG needed to send a replacement panel for my TV. Mike's Electronics called and let me know when the panel was ordered and received. The woman I spoke with over the phone was kind, professional, and personable when she called to give me updates. I was able to schedule an appointment for my TV to be repaired the day after they received the panel.
On the day of repair, Mike and one of his employees arrived right on time for my appointment and performed the repair on-site. Both of them were were very careful with my TV and performed the repair with no issues. They were also very polite and respectful. The repair process only took about 45 minutes.
Overall, I'm very satisfied with the experience I had with Mike's Electronics. They're a great local business in my opinion. "
