" Staff was friendly but completely incompetent. It took 30 minutes to get through the drive-thru when there were not that many cars. I had to repeat my order at least 5 times before the employee got things straightened out. When I pulled up to the window, the employee apologized for the wait, and then proceeded to try to have a conversation with me. The thing is, I watched the same thing happen to the cars in front of me. I appreciate being friendly and personable but the reason I went to a fast food drive thru was for a quick meal. If I'm waiting in 30 minutes because chatty Cathy is working the window Im not going to be in a real personable mood. "

" Easily the worst Taco Bell we've ever been to. Yes it's clean... But if we wanted to have sit down restaurant wait times for some tacos, we would have gone to a restaurant. Not to mention they gave us the wrong order, held it behind the counter for a few minutes then announced who's it was like they just made it fresh... They didn't even make our order for a family of 4 until we went to the counter with the wrong people's meal! The quasodea had almost no filling, not even hardly and cheese. And the tacos we're almost all lettuce no meat. "

" It was Taco Bell, at midnight on a Friday. Line was long, they were out of beans and the window person was ambivalent. But, the food tasted fine, everything was in the bag and there were no hairs in the food. "

" Come here and food is always wrong. A simple no lettuce, we have an allergy in the family means nothing to these workers apparently. I'm done giving them chances to prove themselves. Very incompetent and now we can't eat our dinner. Thanks Taco Bell. "

" The food was hot, prepared fresh. Great service and good clean( albeit a table or two) restaurant. 1 star lower for lack of sporks in the utensil containers. Minor issue. "

" Charged for things we didn't order and what we did order was not made correctly. No large lids either! Bathroom was dirty and there wasn't any toilet paper! They need to pay a whole lot more attention to detail at this establishment. "

" This Taco Bell has improved a great deal since they changed management a few months back. Before, drive through drive was incredibly slow, and items would often no longer be stocked. Since the management change, I haven't had any of the above issues. "

" Tonight is just an example....they did not have any hard taco shells. What kind of management lets them run out of hard taco shells at a taco restaurant?! In the past..we've sat in the drive through for over 30 mins and not so much of an "I'm sorry for your wait" out of it. Bad management I think. But no hard shell tacos at a taco restaurant is messed up. "
