" My brother bought a heating gas stove there for our elderly parents they will not stand behind products.not even 1 yr.old stopped working on a day with a - wind chill of-15 both have lung problems and been in the hospital they gave him the wrong paperwork.have had it looked at 3 times and had to pay. They live north of Georgetown and wanted us to pull the stove out and bring it in for them to to look at mind u it is cast iron and connected to pipes through rock in the wall and out the roof. The stove is over heating and it has no codes with it have him wrong books and will not send the right ones the people we have had look at it has tried to help us but no luck. I would recommend no one to go there they will be throwing away their money on junk they will not cover each time it has costed $80.00 three time it has been looked at. One said it was against the law to sell gas stoves without having a codes list on it or with it.The licensed technician sad he wanted to say something to them but couldn't. 👎👎☹😤 go somewhere else!!!!! "
