" We started our 3 kids and ourselves almost 2 years ago, each for our own distinct reasons. I have watched my kids grow in confidence and self control, and know that it will continue. The Franks and their staff are wonderful instructors and people, reaching everyone in their own space.
As both a parent and adult student myself, I have found a wonderful village. We have grown into this community, and I foresee us remaining part of it for years to come. "

The physical activity aspect of it is great, but the attitude, respect, and accountability the Franks encourage and expect is above and beyond. I was so impressed that I became a student too. "
