" VERY RUDE FRONT DESK STAFF ! I come here for work (ay most 3 times a wk ) and i hate this hotel so much i dont understand why its sold out every night or or high ... THIS IS A MOTEL !!! not my fault yall cant clean rooms or keep this hotel up , every time i try to xjeck in they never have rooms available that are clean .. you have to wait 30 mins for a old man to clean it improperly 😂 ... & R O A C H E S EVERYWHERE even in the hallway im the morning .. like the staff are sooooo lazy & plus when i check in i never get towels i always have to go downstairs and get them for my room ... OVERALL THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL HANDS DOWN .. everything about it is bad all the bad reviews are things you'll experiance the first day there ! "

" If i could choose zero stars I would because this hotel doesn’t deserve even one. The staff here is ok but could be better. They don’t have clean towels when you need them. Housekeeping can only come one day a week. You ask for anything they don’t have it. Supposed to have free hot breakfast but that’s a lie. Checked in here before and the experience was ok but this my second time here not by choice but when I here today they tell me they put me in the same room as before. The room I requested they didn’t have available. When i got in the room the beds weren’t made. The sink wasn’t clean nor the bathroom. It was still toothpaste in the sink. Floor not swept. It just was ridiculous to put me back in a room that I’m sure they knew wasn’t clean. I had been checked out the room for two days and they still hadn’t clean the room from when I left the first time. They supposed to have quarters for you to be able to get change to wash the clothes and they don’t have those. Again I’m here not by choice but this was a last minute decision that was made. This place just needs to be shut down and never reopened. It’s very sad how they handle the customers that brings in revenue to their paychecks!! After today I will never step feet back in this hotel again. My first experience wasn’t bad but this one has been the WORST!!! I will also be calling corporate office about this because something needs to be done. "

" Our stay was from November 11-13 and the only reason this establishment is getting a 1 is the gentleman that allowed us to check in early was very helpful and courteous. The hallways on the 3rd floor smelled like marijuana, I killed a roach in our bathroom. The refrigerator smelled like something died in it and the gentleman working at the front desk tonight was on a personal call. Absolutely not worth the $279 and change we spent for the two nights. I will be going back to staying at the Hilton again, pricey but at least I can sleep on sheets and walk on the carpet barefoot. This place is totally gross, choose another place, save your money and don't stay here!!!! "

" Should be Zero stars. Don't know where to start. room stunk, literally smelled bad. Pubes in the bathroom, things sticky to the touch. Phone was broke, TV remote was broke, clock didn't work at all. Refrigerator leaked onto the floor. AC didn't work right. breakfast was gone by 7am. Never came and cleaned room. Complained and all I got was a oh i'm sorry. Avoid this place!! "

" The room could use a deep cleaning, there's a strange smell when you enter the room. The man that checked us in was friendly. Parking sucks theres another hotel with a bar n grill next to it. The customers park on the street leaving it to be a one lane road for both directions. Very unsafe seeing as its supposed to be the exit and enterance of our hotel. "

" Not clean or well kept....during the night i went in the bathroom and the smell of smoke was everywhere seems like it was coming from the bathroom vent we decided from that we not staying going to stay foe the next couple days because we have a 5month old,a 3 year old and a 8 year we all left smelling like cigarette smoke and weed. i know picture are always different from the actual room this is false advertisements ...also there was no parking at all we had to park in a no parking zone and tell the concierge "

" Horrible!! Felt like a homeless shelter ....My room smelled like body odor. As if the person who stayed before me had poor hygiene. The smell was in all of my property. I could smell it in my clothes when I wasn't there. Residue was still on the bathroom sink. The kitchen area wasn't clean so I never used it. The assistant manager was beautiful but very unprofessional. As I checked in she complained about how much she had to do. When I asked for clean washcloths and towels she complained and found 2 which were hard and not folded. No housekeeping during your stay. Even after I requested. I had to purchase my own bed sheets and oil burners to burn constantly for the smell but when I left for several hours and returned the foul smell would return. Fire alarms kept sounding for 2 nights had to evacuate. Toilet clogged and they had no way of unclogging it. Their excuse was that the other guest had the plungers in their rooms. I tried not to complain although I was a paying customer. Now I regret it because they cancelled my reservation for the last day, accusing me of smoking in that foul room. Nevermind me asking them to come to my room on several occasions. They didn't smell smoke but saw signs. They saw lighters and 2 oil burners for whatever reason they went into my room while I was gone. Remember NO HOUSKEEPER!! I paid 6am only for this lady to tell me at 7:30am as I was leaving for work that my stay wouldn't be extended. I'm still waiting for my refund for the last day. It's almost been pending for a month now. Take my advice and find another hotel!! "

" We choose this because it's close to where we were going. Cheap too. A little hard to find in the first place. Breakfast is just basic continental coffee/tea. They only make the room once a week. U have to order your utensils from front desk. Free Internet. Hard bed. It's old but suitable for low budget long stay. There is a laundry room with vending machine. "
