" 5 months ago, I had to make the hardest decision of my life and said goodbye to my baby boy. My mind was all over the place and emotionally I was a mess. This was my first experience with losing a dog. I had a lot of questions about the process and what I needed to do. Armani was very informative and helped me a lot during this time. The process was very smooth and I got to bring my baby back home within a week (which just so happened to be what would have been my baby's 15th birthday), along with the clay and ink pawprints I ordered which were done beautifully. I had told them that half of his ashes would go to me and half would go to his dad. Forever Faithful was kind enough to split the ashes into 2 separate urn boxes so that I wouldn't have to. I miss my baby every day, but I am grateful to Forever Faithful for handling everything so smoothly and professionally during that very difficult time. "

" Their genuine kindness and compassion was such a comfort during a difficult time. And my beloved dog's cremation was both professional and very fast. Her paw prints on both paper and in stone were also beautifully done. I will not hesitate to utilize their services in the future and recommend to others. "
