" I recently had work done by this company. My insurance said they would cover work minus deductible, but all i needed was an itemized invoice. The company failed at giving me what i needed and now i am currently being held liable for covered repairs. First question is without an itemized invoice being made available is...was i overcharged?...The sales person made it seem like it was a bad idea to call insurance although the damage appeared to be weather related to me so i called anyway. It seems like they were avoiding me having info on pricing besides what they gave me because they knew they were overcharging me for the work being done. Now i am in limbo with my insurance and the company over the price of materials used and work done being documented. I really feel bamboozled though the work itself was good quality i am seeing if i need to seek a lawyer for this matter. Any big business that can't provide an itemized invoice makes me question what kind of business is being ran. To top it off...after half the roof was already off they said that the repairs would be double the original estimate because of the bad wood under the roof. All i needed was an itemized invoice and i would be in a better position. "

" Personally home fix was the only way to go.I had other companies come by and give me estimates but homefix was incredibly thorough in making sure i had the best experience with my new roof. I worked with a wonderful women jenny bates and she made sure i had a great experience.I often get compliments on my roof since it’s been worked on i find myself constantly recommending jenny and homefix to my neighbors friends etc. overall i would recommend jenny bates. "
