" This is a very well known pancake selling establishment. However, I couldn't eat any of those yummy pancakes because there are absolutely NO gluten free choices! There are red velvet cake pancakes (my sister chose this) and yes, even scrapple (my brother in-law's choice), all made with flour. Even the omelets are made with flour! IHOP, wake up and smell the gluten free pancakes to go with the coffee!!!! "
