" Walked into the store today with a picture of the plumbing fittings on the water heater on my boat. A gentlemen greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. He looked at the picture, knew exactly what brand of fittings they were. Told him what the issue was and that I believe I needed a three-way valve. He pulled the last one they had and let me buy it. All I needed to fix the boat is one valve, but would have been five out of five stars if they had two in stock, one extra just on case! "

" Extremely disappointed! Took my camper in for one problem they said it was fixed went to pick it up and the problem still wasn't fixed! On top of that they screwed up the wires to my awning now the electric isn't working! "

" Well that is the first and last time I get swindled by those swindlers. Dropped off our rig in the same state that we rented it (near perfect). When doing the initial walk-around, the employee said "avoid using the roof because that ladder is cracked". Well I gladly would have avoided the roof, but when we were hunkered down at our camp spot, a fierce storm fired up and dropped a bunch of junk from the nearby trees on top of our unit. Well being a safety-minded individual, I didnt very well want to be cruising over the Bay Bridge with widow-makers flying into the cars behind us, so naturally I went up to remove the tree branches, leaves, and other crud from the top. Well yeah the dude was right. That ladder sure was broken. I fell off that son of a gun and about broke my butt bone. When we dropped it off, they slapped a charge on top of our rental to pay for the damages that we didnt even cause.
Also- the dang generator didnt work, so we had to sleep with the windows open while sweating like a herd of cows. There were more flies in that thing than in my mother-in-laws pontiac.
It was like a snake farm in there. "

" Horrible experience. RV had a tire blow out during our trip. Waited 3 hours for roadside assistance who put a spare tire on and told us another tire was ready to blow. They didn't have the right size tires so it couldn't be fixed. The blowout was extremely dangerous and we were told by all professionals who looked at it that we shouldn't have even been driving on it. Jim Donnie's even admitted to that when looking at the other tires after our trip. Ultimately we wasted 8 hours in the middle of the night, had to go to Walmart to purchase a tire on our own and call a 24 hour service to come fix in. Spent several hundred dollars out of pocket, which after several weeks of back and forth, was never refunded.
Guys working there were nice enough but were clearly negligent and led to an unsafe, expensive trip that also caused us to miss an entire day out of our vacation and stay up an entire night without any sleep. "

I have been a customer for over 20 years, and have always found Jim Donnie's to be professional, helpful and always very fair. Their prices beat everyone in the area on my most recent repair of my wheel bearings and they turned it around quick. A+ Service. "
