" This medical care is so unorganized!!! They are always changing appointment times and the front desk receptionist is so careless. The phone has been ringing and she’s putting patients on hold just so she can talk on her cellphone. I had scheduled an appointment and when I arrived they said they forgot to schedule my appointment and I had to wait an hour and a half more to be attended. I would never come back to this place ! "

" My family and me have been going to this practices for the last 10 years. I am very happy with the doctors in all the three locations. They are wonderful doctors whether in their Primary Care or the Urgent Care. It is very convenient for us because we could schedule an appointment or walk in for any emergency. In addition to that the multiservice they offered in most of their locations, for example: blood test, X-ray, Ultrasound and other services. In any of the locations, I may have to wait 15 or 30 minutes. For me this is very normal because there is no doctor's office you can go these days without wait. The doctor is awesome, he cares, he listens and whatever issues you may be having, he comes up with plan to work on that issue. He makes the patient feel very comfortable. I absolutely love the doctor and the office staff. "

" Been to both the Greenbelt location and Hyattsville location and it's a lot of the same. The wait times are terrible and no one seems to be on the same page. I got x rays a while ago and I've called to follow up on them 3 times over 2 weeks and they still aren't processed. They were done in house when I could have gone to CRA(I really regret that decision). On multiple occasions, I've been having here for 3 hours+ and I always have an appointment. Their staff isn't terribly unprofessional but they seem pretty apathetic to my concerns. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, sure they have decent hours but it's not as if you'll get seen in a reasonable amount of time anyhow.
Also, the fact that all the reviews are either really low or really high seems highly suspicious to me. "
