" Never stay here again. Dirty and run down rooms...and I'm not that picky. building smelled like an ashtray to include the room. Comforter had several burns hole in it. breakfast was free and the worst set up I've ever seen. I would not park my car with valuables in it overnight. Stay away...don't make my mistake. "

" This is by far the best hotel I have stayed at in the Maryland/DC area. They make us feel like were at home. My son loves the staff as well as I do. The staff is great!! Thanks for making it feel like home. Its also very clean.

" When I checked in I was asked did I want the extended stay which was 12 instead of 11 since I was a choice member. I said yes but when I wake up I call the front desk and speak with Vicky Taylor to confirm my extended stay but was told I would have to be gone by 11:30 because they were booked for the day. She had a nasty attitude about it. Then when I'm upstairs getting breakfast for me and my son she keeps saying come on ten o'clock. I guess so she can clean up with breakfast. My boyfriend comes upatairs from the room and she's saying I'm shutting down everything and proceeds to wipe down and take down everything while he's retrieving his breakfast. It wasn't even ten. I found that to be very rude and poor customer service. Also, upon arrival I was given room 109 when I went to my room the beds weren't made and there were dirty towels on the bathroom floor. I went back upstairs to tell the nice lady that was there when I checked in and. She apologized and got me a new room 111. At first glance the room looked fine. But once I start looking around there were cigarette butts beside the bed and trash lining the other. I had just gotten off work and just wanted to relax so I cleaned it up myself. This was by far the worst hotel experience I've had. "

" The rooms were not the best, there was hair all over the beds and a stain on the pull out couch mattress, the front desk and breakfast staff were very rude and refused to bring out anymore food when it was only 8:30am. Not my best stay "

" Friendly stuff, room is fine and looks clean. Some part of the hotel is stinky because they have smoking rooms too. Gym is a joke with only 3 machine and one of them, the treadmill wasn't even working. And you can't go for a run because of the hotel's location, It's near by a busy road. So if you need your workout done try to find something else. Breakfast is from 6-9 and was very basic but at least they got some protein; eggs and sausage. Make sure you arrive early. I got downstairs at 8:20 and was no fruit.
For the price they could do a little better... "

" Bottom floor reeks of smoke. Breakfast is pretty standard. Amenities could be better. Decent location near 95 and 495 Beltway, near many shops and restaurants. You need your key to get in after 9, new policy. "
