" The people here are friendly. I am usually here at least once or twice a week. They recognize my usual orders. The only downside is that during certain ties it can be cramped for seating and the line can be long. "

" Not sympathetic at all. I'm lactose and tolerant and I love Starbucks chai tea, do I decided to buy my own milk and bring it to the shop, thinking they would be friendly and sympathetic about the situation. Since they don't carry lactose free milk. Not at all at this location. The cashier was over charging me for same cup that I have taken before. He was charging me for a large one when I have used same cup before and it was small. On top of that when I complained about it he told me that it was at least medium. I said ok sure. I didn't want to argue. He charged me full price not happy about it because I provided the milk and cup and it wasn't even a medium size. No more Starbucks. "
