Written rules and regulations are the norm at every successful institution, except The Hindu Temple ("THT"). THT decisions are made randomly that encourages abuses? Providing board and lodging is a special remuneration. ISKCON does not pay to resident priests; they have to earn. At THT it costs minimally around $ 1500 for one resident priest.
To name a few, Mangil Mandir, Swami Naryan temple have one priest, rest are volunteers. THT shuns volunteers. Those who used to come have been shunned out.
Management use proxies to work for them. These proxies insult devotees and are unaccountable for their actions. Their contributions are nonexistent.
Devotees have brought to your notice that temple donations are wasted at rapid pace and THT cannot afford that. Some of these acts include but not limited to:
Excessive payroll, $ 10876.21 in May 2017. The Dan Patra in December 2016 was $ 6,154.
Scheduling of THT staff is nonproductive. Three priests (khatus) listen to lectures by outside Acharyas and are paid by devotees and devotees who pay for their expenses are nakhatus (management does not listen to nakhatus).
You know Lord Krishna went as messenger of peace, but Duryodhna did not listen; Mandodri, Vibikshan Ji, Sh. Hanumanji tried to bestow sanity in Ravana. Motto you cannot shun advice from trusted devotees. Since you have not listened, the result would be as listed in the scriptures. God acts and cannot be pleased by water from a bigger kalsh.
Very littel work by temple priests. All day work on internet provided by THT; gossip during the day; tea and food in the professional kitchen; etc. One has to see when their cell phone rings, they run from prayer services to attend to that.

THT has minimally violated tax-lady and State of Maryland rules. THT management has formed an unaccounted for group to defraud devotees. They have hatched conspiracy that is punishable under State and Federal laws. Don't let State and Federal district attorneys chase you.
Devotees are common hand-to-mouth resource persons, some of them earn less than THT staff. Temple has lost around three million dollars and the loss is increasing every day. "

" Beautiful and serene, has almost all Gods. They conduct regular bhajan, pujas and kathas by renowned pundits, followed by aarti, archana and prasad. Almost goes there every week now. "
