The West Cecil Health Center began as a grassroots movement by members of our community Conowingo Lions Club. We believe that our neighbors in Cecil County, Harford County and southern Pennsylvania deserve access to comprehensive health care without traveling great distances.

The mission of West Cecil Health Center is to increase access to comprehensive primary and preventive health care and improve the health care status of underserved, underinsured and non-insured members of the communities we serve.

Demonstrating our values through our teamwork, honesty, transparency, reliability, productivity and commitment to a staff reflecting the diversity of the community, we value delivering services with compassion, confidentiality, continuous quality improvement and responsible use of available resources.
