It is refreshing to work with a manager that is courtesy and respectful and truly cares about the customers. We appreciate everything he has done for us. He went above and beyond to meet our needs and we couldn't ask for more. Because of his caring attitude and willingness to help we will definitely be buying more furniture from Wolfs in the future! He deserves a raise!!!! "

" Shopping at Wolf’s was a positive experience from beginning to end! The moment I walked in the store, I was greeted, but not hovered over. Teresa was very knowledgeable about the specific item I was looking for, and she was very friendly and helpful throughout the buying process. I even received a thank you card in the mail a few days after my purchase. What a nice personal touch! The table I ordered arrived weeks before promised, and the delivery guys took care when unloading and placing the furniture. The table and chairs are gorgeous - exactly what I wanted! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience & would highly recommend Wolf’s to anyone! "

" First, let me say that I am typically not one to write any review, or a good one at that... I totally fall under the stereotype of "bad experience, tell 10... good experience tell 1". HOWEVER....

So, this past weekend my wife and I had a date day and used it to walk around the outlets and spend some time shopping together. We on a chance walked into Wolf's store at Hagerstown, MD outlets.

We were greeted nicely by Joe Jardeleza, and showed us to some La-Z-Boy sectionals we asked to see (I said just looking and my wife said La-Z-Boy sectionals only please). So at first speaking to he was greeted by us with mixed signals... we had zero desire to spend any money at all... just did not enjoy our current Pottery Barn sectional that is 2 years old anymore.

The next 3 minutes were spend with Joe at an ear distance away and my wife and I saying... really wish this was our couch but do not want to spend money on a new one just yet. I asked Joe if he was able to roughly price out a design we would be interested in. About 30-60 seconds later (exactly the speed we needed, we would not have gone to a design center to plug things into a computer and see 3D drawings), we had a rough sketch to verify we were all on the same page. Then 1-2 minutes later we had rough price (to the dollar).

My wife then asked well, what colors and fabrics could we get... and the multitude of options that would send anyone not interested in buying right out the door, Joe mentioned something like 800 different fabrics... however, what color suits you best and I will pick out 2-3 real quick to give you an idea. We said beige/cream color. Joe walked away with us following, and less than 2 minutes later we had 2 fabrics we like, narrowed to one back sitting on the sectional.

Joe then mentioned that he wants to help and stepped away for a minute or two and let us talk, he instinctually went to the store manager Brian and asked to help sweeten the deal. Joe came back and said he would be able to do this with the sale price extended to us for the next couple days so we could go home and measure and think about it. (Honestly, Joe had zero reason to believe we would call back, we were in and out within 15 minutes... looking at spending over $3000, good luck closing that, that quickly). We said we liked it and would talk it over... Hours later, we walked back in to tell Joe this was something very serious we were now considering and thanked him for his time and professionalism.

Go figure, this was the very best customer experience I have had spending over $3,000. I will tell many more than 1 with this review and no matter if you go speak directly with Joe or anyone else at this location... I would be shocked to hear anything less than a positive sales experience from this team.

Now I am not saying you will find what you need, I am saying respect and customer service goes a long way to make a shopper a customer. We could not be more happy with this buying process and can assure we will remain a customer of this Wolf Furniture location for any furniture need we have going forward.

Kudos to the entire team at Wolf Furniture in the Hagerstown Outlets! Thank you very much for your respect and professionalism Joe.

To Brian and any Senior Leadership members looking at online reviews... This is a flagship location for professional expertise and customer service that should be modeled. Thank you and keep it up!

" Joni was our salesperson and was very helpful and patient as we made our selections. She is very knowledgeable about the product the store carries and listened to us to make sure she showed us furniture that met our needs, both in quality and style. It was a very easy process and we never felt pressured or rushed to make our decision. I would strongly recommend others to consider Wolf Furniture for their furniture needs. "

" Never again! We had 3 replacements for the wedge piece of our sectional, as they were unsatisfactory. Now our couch section has problems and I can't even get them to call me back...so tired of terrible customer service! "

" I'm here to tell everyone DO NOT SHOP AT WOLF'S IN HAGERSTOWN my parents just recently tired to purchase a bed set and they went into the store and laid on the mattress and LOVED it well after getting it all done and ordered in January they did not receive them until Tuesday of this week well the people delivering them were great but after getting to look at the mattress they could tell it wasn't the same thing they previously laid on in January well they went back out to see if the ones they laid on were still there on Tuesday or Wednesday and they were well they were told to take pictures of the one that they received and e-mail them to the associate the dealt with well instead of emailing them my mom took them out personally yesterday and she also checked if the mattress they actually laid on was there and it was gone well my dad was also with her and noticed that the bed that was there wasn't in the same spot the one they actually laid on was and every associate and manager in the store denied that they changed the mattress that was there. Basically calling my parents liars and when they questioned about the bed was moved the one guy stated he was changing a light bulb all this my parents are highly pissed and my dad was cursing them for calling them liars and not admitting they changed the mattress to the point the were going to call the cops but didn't they did not admit to anything and. Blaming everything on my parents so if you buy anything from them make sure to take a picture of what you actually want overall horrible experience and they are not welcome back in the hagerstown store "
