And of course, are you looking to have fun while accomplishing this? Abs with Andrew is a high-intensity abdominals and core class, offered at Harbor Point on the Bay’s Fitness Center, guaranteed to make you lose weight around your mid-section and work towards getting the “tight tummy” or six pack you always wanted! That’s right…guaranteed!

I have been an athlete my entire life and grew up spending countless hours at my parent’s gyms located in Central, MA. I’ve played collegiate basketball, completed numerous road races and triathlons, and am constantly looking for new ways to challenge my body and push myself towards new goals. As your abs coach, I would consider myself your workout buddy – someone who is willing to do the hard work with you, encourage you to push yourself, and share the great feeling of accomplishment after a tough workout!

Your health and your fitness are in your control, and I am here to give you the tools necessary to break through bad habits and maintain a healthy style of living while getting the six pack or “tight tummy” you have always wanted!
No matter the goal, I am here to help you focus on your health, well-being, and nutrition whether it be through this webpage or before and/or after my Monday, Wednesday, and Friday abs classes…so never hesitate to reach out. Working together, and with the right mindset, anything is possible!
