" I visit the Fields Corner public library very often and typically spend a good two to four hours there. I enjoy the selection of reading material they offer, although wish they did offer more. I have had the opportunity to always have access to one of the working computers and hope one day they will be able to get an upgrade, since their computers are a bit outdated. Anyway, I have noticed though, the amount of noise level has increased a lot due to many people talking on their phones and having face to face conversations with other's while some of us are trying to concentrate on other things, such as work or reading. The library is a
quiet place and should be reinforced by the librarians which I do not see happening much at all. They allow people to continue to talk on their phones, sleep and constantly talk with other's. Unfortunately, this does not always sit well with me and other's whom I have spoke with before and with that, it is sad, because I live close to Fields Corner and the library is a sanctuary for some to have peace and quiet. I will say because of this, I have limited my time there and spend more time at the Boston Public Library where noise level and conversations between other's is very much so reinforced. I do hope that, this feedback is passed to whomever is in charge and possible to take note of it. "
