" Extremely poor service and a terrible experience in general. Woman at the desk was very snippy and rude, gave me a lot of attitude for briefly having my dog in the car, which is allowed according to Budget's guidelines. I cleaned the car meticulously (had it for 24 hours) and she still made a comment about the dog hair, which at that point was probably from my clothes. Apparently I should have put a sheet over the seat for me to sit on too. I also asked for a compact and was given a Kia Soul, which is technically a compact but I had wanted a small car. I was told there was nothing else and nothing she could do.
If you fill the tank up yourself, GET A RECIEPT AND TOP IT OFF. I filled the tank LESS THAN A MILE from the drop off location, and used my credit card and just filled it until the pump stopped. I didn't get my receipt because I assumed the full tank was enough. Apparently the 0.7 miles I drove between the gas station and the drop off location was enough to incur a 13.99 gas fee. I have read that it's dangerous to continue to top off the gas tank after the pump stops on its own, but apparently that's what Budget expects you to do.
Made an already stressful experience (a very expensive repair on my own car) a million times more stressful. I'll be warning everyone I know to stay away from this place, and you better believe I won't be back. Just awful. I'd give zero stars if I could. "

" Great staff (Jose) checking in and out. I have rented from this location at Cabot House in Framingham, Massachusetts for at least ten years. The facility is never crowded when renting in other cities like Boston or NYC. This location at 220 Worcester Rd. in Framingham, Massachusetts is ideal for exploring Southern New England or perhaps anywhere in New England.
The Ford Focus is great on gas and the car performed ideally, and overall this car met all my needs. Great CD and radio reception producing awesome sound. Thank you, Budget Car Rental at Cabot House in Framinham, Massachusetts, for your impeccable service! ALOHA from Hawaii! "
