Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction that helps promote healing. It is based on the idea that a "life force energy" flows through us all. It is a relaxing, gentle techinque that can help sooth stress and have a positive effect on injury or illness. I have personally seen the positive effects of Reiki treatments. These are very affordable and available for adults, children, pets and wildlife. I am currently practicing in Worcester, but can travel to you depending on distance.
