" Went looking for softball glove for my stepdaughter no staff to help. She is a left thrower and needed a glove for her and nothing was marked left or right not even a price on the items and no staff to help. Went to Modells instead. "

" We had to return a treadmill and replace it with a different one. The store manager, Jeff, was very nice and very helpful. Several different people assisted us and everyone was very polite and professional. Jeff worked really hard to get us a good deal and make our experience stress free.
