11/14 Called for an update as to when exact delivery date will be. Was told by bedroom dept that they “forgot” to place the order. Was told they would order immediately and it will be a better experience “next time” we order. "

" My wife and I were looking for a new dining room set. The sales woman of that department, Janet King, was very knowledgeable and helpful. She led us through the department answering every question along the way. After we found a set we liked Janet wrote the order up and set a delivery date. The set was delivered a week later. The crew moving the furniture were very professional checking for any imperfections as they assembled the set. Once done the crew discarded all the foam and cardboard leaving our house as clean as when they arrived.
The whole experience was great. I recommend this place to all my friends and family. Overall A++ "

" I had a great experience with Rotmans! The sales staff at the store was very welcoming and attentive. They were very helpful and explained all the steps! The payment center was also very good at explaining the credit application, warranty protection and scheduling a delivery convenient to my schedule! I received a call reminding me of the delivery a day in advance and an update call when they were 10 mins away from delivering the furniture! The delivery crew was extremely polite and came in like professionals. I was thrilled with the couches and the tables. The quality and appearance exceeded my expectations! I will definitely be a returning customer and will highly recommend them to others! "

" Rotmans furniture is a great place to find anything you need for your home, the employers are friendly and will help you get what you need. I bought a bedroom set and they delivered it to my home free of charge and keep me informed of when it would arrive. The delivery guys were courteous and they installed everything with out damaging them and cleaned up after themselves. "

" Service after the sale is not something most people think of when purchasing furniture. When I bought my sectional, I purchased the extended warranty (very inexpensive) for the pet protection that it offers. Well, I had some friends over to watch football and the frame on my couch cracked. Rotmans came out quickly and fixed it no charge. The Technician, terry was prompt, friendly, clean and professional. He's been doing it a long time and was telling me how great of a company Rotmans is to work for, which says more to me about the company than any review you could read online. "

" We have made two separate purchases from Rotmans over the last two months - a dining table and a leather couch. Both times the sales person was knowledgable, helpful and not pushy. The pricing was reasonable and so far we're very pleased with both purchases. The delivery people were also very professional and nice. "
