" There are very few experiences in life that truly amaze and bring you back to life. Massage is one of those experiences, and we simply do not treat ourselves often enough. So last evening I decided to try out a new Salon and treated myself to a long overdue massage. In short, I experienced nothing short of utter and absolute gratitude for so gifted a therapist who raised the bar for every other one out there.
Salon Solier in Andover was warm, cozy, and filled with positive energy. I was greeted with friendly smiles the moment I stepped inside and my massage therapist Annie was first to shake hands. I immediately felt at home. Annie escorted me to a candlelit therapy room, gave me clear but gentle instructions and asked if I needed anything before she stepped away.
Minutes later she was back and got right to work. We chatted while Annie kneaded, squeezed and drained all of the stress I’d been carrying around for too long completely out of me. Before I knew it, an hour had passed; my time was up, I thought sadly. But Annie asked if I had to be anywhere. I said no. And she proceeded to finish working through every muscle she hadn’t gotten to in that first hour. She used several different modalities, including Reiki, and left me utterly relaxed and pain-free. Unbelievebly, a second hour later she had finally finished. Annie had simnply refused to rush the job; she wouldn’t let me leave until I’d received the relaxation and stress-relief I’d so needed. To my amazement, she charged me the incredibly low promo rate of $40! For 2 hours of HARD work!
Annie went WAY above and beyond the call of duty, but something I learned about her in those two hours made her extraordinary efforts unsurprising; Annie simply has an incredible work ethic and her passion for healing is unparalleled. I know she won’t be able to spend an extra hour on every client she takes on – but that she was willing to spend the extra time with me, because she saw how great was my need, astounded me. I am pleased to enthusiastically recommend Annie as a massage therapist. I consider her mine now and will return as often as I can. I told her to raise her promo rate immediately too! But she maintrains she’ll keep it that way until June 2012.
Friends, you would doing yourself a dis-service by not seeing Annie. She’s THAT good. "
