" I signed up for the unlimited car washes 2 years ago. Everything was great at first. The quality of the wash and the drying has been consistently declining to the point that I go through the wash twice back to back and I'm still not satisfied with how clean or dry the car comes out. Recently they have been down for maintainance way more than usual too. The last 4 times I have visited them the wash was down! No explanation. Just a sign and a closed door. They have also been closing 10+ earlier at nights causing me to drive there for no reason. Not the experience I was hoping for. Hope to see these issues resolved soon. "
