I highly recommend him I’m from New York (manhattan), but I thank god John Marshall got my case for missing mail he was very sweet and respectful and followed up with me twice for my lost package. John put my worried mind at ease that it would be found and followed up with me today that my package was found scanned and on it’s way to it’s destination in Belchertown. I’m very thankful for John Marshall helping me he is an angel. I wish John Marshall a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. "

" Nothing like finding a re-delivery slip in your mailbox claiming that your driveway is not plowed when in fact it IS plowed. Hey, I have an idea, next time USPS driver doesn't feel like getting out of the car, they should just honk - we'll come out and fetch our own mail. "
